Both work. Individual hotels use the standard Essentials subscription. Hotel groups and chains receive a custom proposal based on the number of properties and the setup required.

That is totally fine. The hotel pays only the subscription and offers HOGY free as an amenity — for example bundled into the room rate. There is no fixed model; the hotel decides, and can change it later.

The setup fee is €500, waived for founding hotels who join now. The monthly price stays the same either way.

The Essentials subscription is billed per year or per two years. Annual billing gives one month free; the two-year plan gives two months free.

We collect minimal data — only an email address at payment. Each hotel only ever sees its own data, and the platform is built GDPR-compliant by design.
